Les recommandations pour cette automesure sont de prendre trois mesures le matin au moment du petit-d\u00e9jeuner, en position assise et sans parler, puis trois mesures le soir dans les m\u00eames conditions avant de se coucher. Et cela trois jours de suite. Ce sont les recommandations de la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9.
